The Tutorial

1. With your extracted fonts onto your desktop or a folder, go to your control panel.

2. From there, 2 different layouts may occur, Category View and Classic View. To find the font folder in the classic view, it's just a matter of finding a folder entitled "Fonts" and clicking on it so they can appear. To find it for the category view, click on "Appearance and Themes" and looking to the left navigation find the fonts link [See Also>Fonts]. Keep in mind that you can change which view you want through the left navigation.

3. Again there are 2 ways you can approach this. The easiest way is that you can just drag your font file into the font folder. The second way is more complicated but to work, your font must be in a folder. From there, go to [File>Install New Font>Double click (the name of your system drive goes here)>Documents and Settings>Double Click (your username)>Double Click (the name of your folder the font is in)>Find your font and it should say the font name under the "List of Fonts" area. Press OK and your font is installed!
